Personality:
Leilani believes and prays to the Moon God, Gealach. Like her mother before her, she honors them by providing the priests fawns for sacrifice.

Leilani is proud to be who she is, and she's not about to change for anyone. She's smart and curious, and the latter can easily be abused as a bad quality. Curiosity killed cat, and Leilani's curiosity will get her into trouble sooner or later.. She's a passionate lady, but prefers to hide what she feels. Only to those she trusts, she will open and speak. She doesn't easily trust, especially after what happened to her mother and brother. Solban (played by nerwen-wilwarin) is one of the few she trusts, trough she feels rejected by him. She often tries to talk Solban into helping her track down the Jaguar, to kill it. Solban is also the one she will turn to for advice or water training - even trough he hardly seems to tolerate her around, she feels he is all she has left.

In her interactions with others, as little fawn, she loved playing with other fawns. Trough not the most social fawn, she wasn't picked on or rejected. She had few friends but had close friendships. She was always a little reserved, but after her mother's death, she becomes much more reserved.
Trough Leilani loves the watch the stars, flowers and the moon, something she can't do in the caves, she does love water. She loves swimming, even as little fawn, she was often the first to jump into the water.


History:

Elenor was born in Oakfern. Her parents were of common rank, never ever had a special or high position. The young Elenor grew up and quickly learned how life was working, but also what she wanted from it ... her goal! Though Elenor wasn't a beauty. A big horn was growing on her head ... and sadly she wasn't wanted for it under the stags. none of them ever fought for her ... she was just .. a doe. the wrong gender to make it top ranked. Though what she missed in beauty, she made good with other things: Skills, being smart and a lot of guts!

Elenor started to study the herb, her first goal, being a herb lose and in the mean time, she also developed her own magic, making her skills grow and with that, also her rank in the herd. She could say proudly that she didn't feared to poison the water of neighbor herds or even steal young fawn for secret rituals for the full moon. the herd starter to see her power and slowly she gained more fame.

Nevertheless, she was still a doe with no offspring. At the age of 15 she still had not mated to bare a foal. Though maybe it was because her personal preference. A royal stag, high ranked guard or a shaman was on her list, though sadly it was a deceiver that caught her and made her pregnant. A scandal ... she had been fooled.

And it only became worst when the fawn was born: a doe. A girl, another fawn that had to show what she could to make her rank in the herd. How could this happen to her?! Hate for the stag that did this to her and sadness for the young fawn of where she knew she would have a hard life she created her next goal. Elenor didn't cared anymore for her own rank, now she wanted to give the best for her daughter, to secure her future as a high ranked doe and she would do everything to bring her that far.

Elenor had to stop with the sabotage of the herds to take care of her daughter, which she had named Leilani. Slowly the herd started to forget the powerfull doe and many even didn't knew about her daughter. On the day when Leilani could finally follow her mother without trouble, her teaching began. Elenor started to teach her everything she had learned about plants and herbs and she was more then glad to see that her daughter had the same magic abilities as herself.

Around this time, Elenor adopted Solban, a young fawn who lost his mother. Elenor recognized herself in him - and trough she would never admit it to herself, that was most of the reason she adopted Solban. She truly cared for him, but saw his male parts mostly as the way to gain more status. If he could grow into a strong, powerful stag, he would increase her status, and was likely to arrange a high ranked mate for Leilani. Yes, this plan was perfect .. Solban had a bitterness in him that would work perfectly for her plans.

Though bad luck had to struck her child also, cursed with a horn. Though it didn't became as big as Elenors horn. Elenor was glad, and even found her daughter's horn elegant and beautiful.
To show that her horn could also be a mark of beauty and power, she made Leilani rub it into the luminous moss from the caves, showing that she did not feared.

When Leilani became older, she got more power and her knowledge about herb became bigger and bigger. even the stags started to look at her, since she wasn't afraid to show herself and Leilani gladly accepted their interest. Seeing that Elenor had brought a strong daughter to the word, Elenor got more and more attention the other stags and for the first time in her life, she found a mate. the season after, more joy came into the family when Leilani saw her young brother for the first time.

Everything was going well for the family, until faith had to strike again.
A jaguar had dared himself into the save were leilani's brother was sleeping. with all her power, Elenor tried to defend her young son, but the small doe had no change ... Neither survived ...
Leilani cried next to the ripped body of her mother and brother and with sadness in her heart, she took the necklace from her mother, repairs it and wears it herself. she hadn't heard anything from her stepfather after that day ... he had blamed her for the attack, telling she was bringing bad luck ...

From that day leilani swore that no stag, fawnling or other creature would walk over her. She had lost her faith in the herd and only grew hate against other creatures.
Her own goal would be to kill that jaguar and take back what she had taken from leilani and to show the herd, that they better didn't mess with her ...
