HARPG: Lasco and Amalthea: Bonding - favorite scratchspot

So like most of you probably don't know (I don't think you pay much attention to what I type, otherwise I wouldn't have breeding requests in comments) Lasco is based of a RL horse I actually ride. He isn't mine, I just get to to ride him. But I love him. And I love brushing him. I love brushing horses in general. Horsebackriding is fun and all, but it's a little one-sided without brushing. After all, we do work together with the horses ... but they do what we ask/want them to do. Brushing and scratching is the opposite; we do what the horses want us to do (well most of the time, some horses don't enjoy it at all) but this evening ... Lasco nearly fell asleep. Seriously. I suddenly saw him look at me, and I kinda knew; he feels like being scratched on his favorite scratching spot (it's his left ear actually, not the right like I drew) and I started scratching ... and his head started falling down ... and down ... and down ... he nearly fell asleep on the spot. For those moments, I go to the stable more then an hour in advance. I must have scratched his ear about 5-10 minutes ... then I started brushing ... and he nearly fell asleep again. He's usually very focused on begging for cookies, but not this time. And he even liked being brushed at his stomach (very unusual) and when I got to this butt and between his legs (yes, that has to be brushed; if you don't remove the dirt/shit, he could get fungi) he just closed his eyes ... I'm not sure he was awake

And after that, he was such a joy to ride too; he wanted to co-operate so much more then usual (he's pretty stubborn and wants things to happens his way) and he was just generally very happy and trough he usually attacks some of the other horses, he didn't even put up a "bad" face.
Why am I saying this? Well, I kinda started that hole 'discipline tuts' to help other HARPG people understand what the disciplines are all about.. so why not give them a peek over what else it is? Just standing in stable with your horse, brushing him, letting them enjoy too. Besides that this is great for bonding with your horse, it also gives them a great mood Realized that during the class. We rode in "pas de deux" (AKA; we drive with 2 next to each other and have to stay perfectly next to each other) and that's something he hates. He doesn't like a lot of other horses, and he was in such a great mood, he couldn't be bothered by the others.

AND! I had the 'head'! (means me and Lasco ran in front of everybody else) and we didn't do to bad. A little fast, but I'm better at that snaketurn with 3 curves now :3
